Today was one of those bad rainy days, I decided to have an INDOOR PICNIC with the Boo! Our indoor picnic menu is inspired by rainy day comfort foods with a picnic mentality! I made chicken Viet-summer rolls, Butternut squash pasta and Almond crunch pumpkin custard pudding. Stay tune for the butternut squash pasta!! 

To give the whole picnic vibe, we ate on a shaggy carpet that had somewhat a resemblance to grass and served the food in Tupperware LOL while watching slasher and bloody movies. Enjoy rainy days; take advantage of not having to deal with the cold breeze or animals hovering in the bushes waiting for that plate of food to leave your sight. Your food is yours; PROTECT it!
